Look for your confirmation email to ensure your appointment was booked properly. You will receive an email reminder 48 hours prior to your appointment.

To ensure that you are prepared for your appointment please review the Pre-Treatment Checklist BEFORE scheduling your appointment. Here you will find additional information about what you need to know and how to prepare for your appointment.
All appointments include a consultation prior to the beginning of your service. A separate consultation is not needed unless you have had previous permanent makeup from another technician.
BOOKING FEE:
A NON-REFUNDABLE $100 booking fee per treatment will be collected during the scheduling process to secure your appointment. This fee will be deducted from your balance at the conclusion of your service. This fee is NON-REFUNDABLE if your appointment is not cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of your appointment time. Consultations will be charged a $25 fee if they are not cancelled within 48 hours of your appointment or you are a No Show for your appoint to the card on file.
We have a NO REFUND policy on treatments received, Gift Certificates or unused package treatments. All package treatments or Gift Cards must be used within one year.
Any checks returned as NSF: The total amount owed will be charged to your credit card along with any bank fees assessed.
